What has age got to do with it?

With the summer Olympic Games in Brazil in two years  many  Wisconsinites might ask if breaking records is just for the young.    Don Ingwerson published an article in  EGPNews.com April 15, 2014 offering an example of  90-something track star Olga Kotelkoj.  She says: “Anyone who stops learning is old.” Check out this excerpt from Don’s article about how  our frame of mind can improve our health at any age.

One person I recently heard about was 90-something track star Olga Kotelko. Kotelko now holds 26 world records for her age group.
